Sex is one of humankind's most innate drives. We spend most of our lives dealing with sexual urges. Thus, it occasionally becomes the case that we absolutely need to do something about it just to keep our sanity. As a result, I decided to share the occasional masturbation idea on here every once in a while. I am going to try to use these posts to offer one suggestion for guys and one suggestion for girls.

For the guys:

First, take your less favored masturbation hand and use that on your shaft. Hold your shaft directly under the glans (head) of your dick. Form your other hand into a partial "cup" shape as if you were going to scoop water from a running faucet. Hold that hand over the glans. Instead of moving your hand up and down or using most standard forms of masturbation, move your cupped hand around in circles and stimulate just your glans. After you get used to doing that, slide your hand that is on your shaft up and down while continuing moving the cupped hand in circles on the glans.

For the girls:

Try putting a toy in your vagina and hold it in place without moving it (you can use fingers on one hand if you don't have a toy available). Then, use one finger on your other hand to gently tap your clit repeatedly. Vary the spead and direction that you tap your clit from. If you use a rhythm it can sometimes lead to desensitisation which might make the masturbation session become less pleasureable over time. Try alternating this method of masturbation with your favorite kind if you find that it is too strong of a sensation or if you are just not as used to it as you would like to be.
