The great and good of the live cam industry descended on Finca Mas Solers in Barcelona, Spain for the very first Live Cam Awards this past Sunday night.
An array of impossibly beautiful women and couples, ultra-stylish business leaders and other glamorous associates of the industry came together to finally lather the live cam industry in the recognition it has long deserved.
The event, organized by Alexandra Georgia aka One Great Diva, was the very first of its kind and if Sunday’s success was anything to go by, we’ll be talking about the Live Cam Awards for years to come.
BaDoink was on hand to capture the best moments of the evening. We spoke with the major players in the biz such as Jasmin.com, Feet4Cash, Model Centro and many more besides. We grabbed immediate reactions from the winners, some of whom had no idea they were even in with a shot of winning. We crossed our fingers along with everybody else as each award flew by.
We were also privileged enough to spend some time with the eternally magical LittleRedBunny, who was the ceremony’s Red Carpet Special Guest Star.

The venue itself was almost too good to be true. A stunning mansion with pristine and tended grounds gave way to a spacious dining room that held all 250-plus people that made the journey.
The awards celebrated all aspects of the live cam industry. We saw thanks and praise heaped upon the hard-working payment processors, affiliates and industry reps. We congratulated the Most Innovative Live Cam Site, the Most Model Friendly Affiliate and Best Emerging Live Cam Site. We applauded the best that both North America and Europe have to offer. And, last but not least, we celebrated the models who are the very lifeblood of the industry.
It was a chance for these models to finally step into the limelight that had not been so generously afforded to them until Sunday night’s festivities. Some have been hard at work, silently but surely carving their own niche, in some instances for a decade plus. Some took the spotlight with aplomb, others remained cool and calm as if the whole thing might be some incredible but crazy dream.
Tears of joy were shed at particular moments when awards were received and kind words offered. It really is a close-knit industry; family, even. What else can we possibly say but… roll on Live Cam Awards 2016!
