Good news for Sony PlayStation owners! Littlstar, a VR content distribution platform and one of the few VR video players currently available on the PlayStation Store, announced support for external videos (before it didn’t). What does it mean for our beloved subscribers? It means, that now you can enjoy our VR videos on your PS4. PSVR porn has happened!

The whole process is somewhat tricky though. But don’t you worry! We’ve got you covered! Please read our PSVR Porn Video guide.

In order to reproduce our VR videos on your PS4 you’ll need:

  1. An external HDD or a flash drive
  2. A PS4 equipped with PSVR bundle (duh!)
  3. Littlstar VR Cinema App

The process is the following:

  1. Download Littlstar VR Cinema App from the PlayStation Store
  2. Create a Littlstar folder in the root of your freshly formatted drive (FAT32).
  3. Download the desired VR videos from our website. Choose the PlayStation VR HQ 60fps from the Download dropdown.
  4. Copy the desired VR video files inside of the Littlstar folder
  5. Rename each file by adding a “_180_sbs” suffix to the filename. For example the video_filename.mp4 should be renamed to video_filename_180_sbs.mp4
  6. Open the Littlstar VR Cinema App on your PS4, go to the Library where you’ll find all the videos copied earlier, and launch the video and enjoy the experience!

Known issues:

  • It appeared hard to format the external drive properly using anything but Windows. For Mac OS users it’s strongly recommended to find a Windows machine for that purpose.
  • It’s strongly recommended to use faster external drives as the drive’s read/write speed could impact the video playback. In case if your video gets laggy, try lower video resolution (choose Mobile LQ 30fps from the Download dropdown)

We are currently working on how to make this flow less painful for our users, so please standby for further updates!
