The Sex Tech

WIITWD is an acronym that's all about the varieties of sexy shit that we do and fetishes that are not considered mainstream. It was pulled out of someone's bodily orifice in response to the need for a word that would describe peripheral paraphilias* and BDSM but would not be all about BDSM practices. The acronym stands for "What It Is That We Do". The awesome term also seems to have played a role in preventing fetish-centrism* (read that, hyper-crazy  sex-charged people who don't like anything but their own kinks and act like assholes as a result) within communities that are based in these sexual practices by being inclusive rather than exclusive (they like to talk about all shit instead of just their own shit), which allows for more room for discussion (talkin' dirty) and debate (talkin' dirty with better intent) over related issues, concerns and thoughts on the various paraphilias (kinky shit).

*And I just invented my own new configuration of terms ("peripheral paraphilias" and "fetish-centrism") in order to express thoughts that I didn't seem to have a good set of terms for. I think these should be more widely used too, don't you?
