Yet another day to have sex – great! But wait, going all the way might not be as sexy easy as you thought! Doing it according to the law in the USA is quite a big deal.

To begin with: in Alabama it’s against the law for a man to seduce “a chaste woman by means of temptation, deception, arts, flattery or a promise of marriage.”  There is not much left to do, is there?

Some of the Weirder Sex Laws in the U.S.

In Alexandria, Minnesota, “no man is allowed to make love to his wife with the smell of garlic, onions, or sardines on his breath. If his wife so requests, law mandates that he must brush his teeth.” Ha-ha!

What about when in public?

In Illinois going down the street with an erection because you have just seen a sexy beast passing by you could get you into trouble as it is illegal. And say goodbye to flirting in Ottumwa, Iowa where it is “unlawful for any male person, within the corporate limits of the (city), to wink at any female person with whom he is unacquainted.”

Choose your car carefully in Cottonwood, Arizona, as the city has banned people from having sex in a vehicle with “flat wheels.” If the vehicle with flat wheels is parked, and you’re caught fooling around in the front seat, it’s a $25 fine. But if you’re in the back seat, the fine is doubled. In Carlsbad, New Mexico they are not so strict about it. You can do it in the car but only if there are curtains on it.

Why would anybody want to mess with the pleasure of oral sex? In New Mexico participation in oral sex is punishable by a $5,000 fine and a 2-to-10-year sentence?! But Rhode Island clearly states that oral sex is considered “abominable, detestable crime against nature,” and as such brings up to 10 years in custody.

To have an orgasm every time always and forever only in missionary position is what you have to do if you live in Virginia.

Some of the Weirder Sex Laws in the U.S.

Does making your sexual fantasy come true involve anal copulation? Then stay out of Nebraska!  Anal copulation, can bring a whopping 20 years in the penitentiary! In Kansas they also have something to say about it: anyone caught engaging in anal sex draws a maximum sentence of six months in jail.

Are you into S&M? Keep it quiet if you’re in Mississippi – it is against the law. Specifically, “The depiction or description of flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or in undergarments or in a bizarre or revealing costume for the purpose of sexual gratification.”

Did you think to spice up your sex life with vibrators, dildos and whatnot? In Georgia it is illegal to purchase or possess such marital aides.

With whom, where and how? Every country has its own peculiar limits of fun among lovers. But are they there to be respected? Hum, you decide…
