We Should All Have Sex Every Day

I swear that I’m not a man trying to trick their wives into having more sex. I haven’t been switched out, I’m just saying, hey, let’s look at some facts that support daily sex. But first, I’d just like to clarify; it’s not always the men who are trying to get women to have more sex. It can work either way, depending which partner has a higher sex drive.

Sometimes it’s the men, and sometimes it’s the women. This whole ‘only men want to fuck a lot’ business is just a stereotype. I’ve met many ladies who are sitting on the frustrated end of the stick (Not the most satisfying stick to be sat on – Ed), wishing their men would give it up more. So with that in mind, let’s delve into why we should be having sex everyday!

Who doesn’t like sex?

Yeah, no one! Or maybe some people – and that’s cool too. But for the most part, humans do enjoy a good romp in the sack, or else the term ‘sex sells’ would be moot – and there would a lot less war in the world, I’m guessing. Humans and Bonobo monkeys are among the few species that have sex for pleasure, and boy, when done right, it is so much pleasure. However, sometimes life gets in the way and we can’t have as much sex as we want. But maybe these few points will motivate you to have more sex in your life.

More orgasms, less doctors

Sexually active people get sick less, or at least take less sick days, according to Yvonne K. Fulbright, PhD, a sexual health expert. Apparently the sexually active have higher levels of a certain antibody that defends your body against germs, viruses and other intruders.

I’m guessing it’s all that mixing of fluids that causes your body to be stronger (author’s personal opinion), however this doesn’t mean you should forgo safe sex. Whatever the case, pleasure yes, but safety first!

Beats going to the gym

What would you rather be doing? Pumping it out with other people as you accidentally sit on someone else’s puddle of sweat, OR having an orgasmic romp with your partner as you both cum and fall back into your bed? Yeah, I thought as much. Turns out sex uses up about five calories a minute, so set that timer and get going.

Less Stress

Having all that sex releases the body’s natural “feel-good hormone” and that soothes stress and anxiety. I’m pretty sure you knew this one but the funny thing is, during times of stress, you’re also less likely to want to have sex! Funny, but it’s true. I guess it’s time to bite the bullet and take your pants off. Or, just start having more sex now… to keep the stress at bay.

So actually having more sex is really good for your health and not just a source of orgasms! I knew there was a reason I always want to jump into bed! It’s all for my health and wellbeing. And now it’s for yours as well! Enjoy!
