Award-winning adult director David Stanley has returned to the biz with his directorial debut for Skow For Girlfriends Films: Just The Two Of Us.

The veteran director, writer and producer – who transitioned from mainstream to adult in the mid-90s and picked up a host of awards along the way – stepped behind the camera to helm Just The Two Of Us; the latest in a long line of superb films from the Skow For Girlfriends Films line. Stanley joined the adult industry in 1995 as a producer for Vivid and other companies. He directed his first adult film in 1997. As one of the most prolific directors in the industry, Stanley earned AVN Awards for Best Director and best screenplay in 2005 for Pretty Girl. More recently, he earned the AVN Award for Best Screenplay in 2011 for “The Condemned,” which was directed by Skow.

Just The Two Of Us stars Nadia Styles, Charley Chase, Kasey Warner, Evan Stone, and Anthony Rosano. It tells the story of two sisters – Amy, who is sexually liberated, and Betty, who is not. Amy’s marriage is saved when she starts making foot fetish videos with other men, while her cuckold husband watches and films.

“This is based on a real-life obsession I have with a couple from Kansas City, who do foot fetish videos. They’re normal, Midwestern working folk who love what they do,” explains Stanley. “In the movie, Amy’s sister, Betty, finds out about her movies and is disgusted… until she turns to Amy for advice on how to save her own marriage and re-awaken her sexuality,” added Stanley. “My personal obsession with the Kansas City couple inspired me to do something similar with my own wife, and it was, beyond a doubt, the most erotic thing I’ve ever experienced – it saved my marriage.”

Stanley calls Just The Two Of Us “the sexiest movie I’ve ever made” and for a director of his pedigree, you know it’s going to be good. Just The Two Of Us ships out on DVD on July 24th.
