Alright, fellow 70s porn enthusiasts, we’ve reviewed some of the most celebrated films of the golden era. A time that saw blue movies gain a cult following through their own artistic merits. And while we will keep on reviewing important titles in the future, it’s time to mix it up and get a little weird.

Enter Long Jeanne Silver, a cute blonde with a big sexual appetite. Not the most impressive-looking adult performer. She looks normal in every way, except for when she takes her prosthetic leg off, of course.

Now, this is not a one-legged woman. She has most of her left leg, but her foot and about half of her shin were amputated when she was very little. Her legs are thin, relatively, if we think about them as legs. Of course, when the stump is there for penetrating purposes, it looks quite massive. Think of it as a very large and thick dildo. Once I realized what was repeatedly going to happen all through the movie, my first thought was, “Holy shit, I hope you’re lubing that up, Jeanne.”

The schtick is really obvious, so the movie is actually self-titled. Jeanne went on to work on other films, but this is the one where all the focus is (understandably) on the defect she turned into an asset. There’s not really much of a plot here. The whole movie is a series of scenes introduced by Long Jeanne Silver herself, in which she seduces a wide array of people. Girls who pick her up, experimenting married couples, a threesome with two other girls, and even a young-looking gay boy who manages to take that stump like a champ.

The film doesn’t pretend to be anything more than what it is; an assortment of scenarios where having this gimmick would work, most likely based on some of Long Jeanne Silver’s own experiences, no doubt.

There are some candid stories about her foot and what her life has been like without it, including a rare emotional scene where she talks to her friends about it and hints at how she felt empowered by it, and started using it for sexual kicks, modeling and eventually porn.

What’s especially hot about Long Jeanne Silver is the confidence she carries herself with, the acute self-awareness she has of her uniqueness, and the kinky ideas her naked stump brings to mind on everyone involved. This might not be a true serious film, as some of its contemporaries were, but it’s a curious and entertaining flick to watch.
